Many thanks to DOGument Pet Travel in arranging and accomplishing the plan to get my 130 plus pound Newfoundland from Lake Tahoe to San Francisco to Frankfurt Germany. Tracie and her team kept us informed and was able to resolve numerous issues that came up while working to get my dog, “Gunner”, to his new home in Germany. They built a custom crate that was perfect for his size, made sure he was taking care of two days before his flight, arranged the flight, triple checked the paperwork, and delivered him to the airlines and stayed with him as long as they could. They also prepped me on how to pick him up through German customs which made things easy. Here is a company you can depend on and trust. Thanks again!

I’m blown away by DOGument Pet Travel! I’d been working on adopting a 14-week old puppy in Ohio for weeks. The plans got complicated, and suddenly the best option was for the breeder to send the puppy the next day, in the middle of my work day. I was willing to skip work to get her, but I felt really bad about not being able to tend to her while I drove her home. Worst, my poor puppy had been on two different planes for a total of about 9 hours, so I had no idea what sort of condition she would be in. I felt totally inadequate to do what she might need when I picked her up. Worst of all, I learned that airlines fly dogs into the cargo center, somewhere away from the main terminals, and there’s a process to picking them up. It all seemed complicated beyond comprehension. So I called pet taxi services. None were available with such short notice. Until I was referred to DOGument.
I literally don’t know how I would have gotten my dog without Tracie and her crew, but more, they made an overwhelming process simple and joyful. It was all taken care of by text, so I was even able to keep my work day going. Tracie explained everything in detail, and she was SO REASSURING. She let me know when my puppy was ready to be picked up and that her driver Bobby (who I LOVE!) was on his way. From there I heard from Bobby, first to say he’d picked up my dog and they had just stopped at the DOGument facility for the standard comfort break. They cleaned my puppy’s crate, gave her a walk, and offered her food and water. Next, I heard from Bobby that he was almost at my place. He pulled up in the clean DOGument van and fetched my pup’s crate. The paperwork took 10 seconds, then he warmly explained the ENORMOUS DOGument goodie bag. So many gifts! Treats, a leash, a flashlight/poop bag dispenser with bags, and so much more! (I use the leash and the reflective band because it’s better for my pup than the one I’d bought.) I can’t believe how well things went with DOGument. They are worth every penny, no question. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Can’t say enough! Tracie co-owner of Dogument and our contact for our lab, Dutton, while he had a layover in San Francisco. She was responsive, caring and so willing to go the extra mile for us. A dog's journey from Myrtle Beach SC to Wanaka, New Zealand is no easy task! I attempted to move our cockapoo to New Zealand utilizing only our USDA certified vet - I highly don't recommend this! Although the vets are certified to complete what is needed for your pet's move they often times don't know all the ins and outs of such a complex move and what is required. We thought we had all of our bases covered and were ready to leave beginning of Decemeber but because there was one error made by the vet I was not able to export our dog to NZ as planned. The USDA recommended I get in touch with Dogument to see if they could help. I inquired about their services and at the time was hoping and praying there would be a way to export our dog as planned. Tracie called me immediately at 9 pm at night the day prior to our planned travel to see what they could do to help. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances our dog couldn't fly the next day. However, I decided to work with Dogument to help get her to New Zealand ASAP. Tracie connected me with Katie and both made the process so simple and seamless. Katie's attention to detail is superb! They worked directly with the vet and lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders. Come time to finally have our dog exported they communicated every step of the way and sent lots of photos!
DOGument Pet Travel took fantastic care of my dog for her transit from San Francisco Bay Area to New York City. They picked her up from where she was boarding outside of San Francisco, took care of her overnight, arranged the many logistical requirements, and got her safely on the airplane. They kept me informed though out the process and made me feel like she was with caring experts and alleviated any worries I had about this transition. I could not have gotten it done without them and recommend DOGument to anyone.
We made it save and sound and had a very smooth trip back to the Netherlands. KLM crew was very relaxed. Thank you again for the smooth and timing of our documents. Many greetings from the Netherlands.
DOGument collected and hosted our dog Mavis overnight after a flight from London.
Tracie provided a detailed and competitive quote for arrival services in San Francisco that included collection from the cargo terminal, cargo fees, customs clearance, walking, bathing, and hosting overnight.
Although Mavis's flight was delayed by over two hours, Tracie was onsite at the cargo terminal ready for pick up, and she kept me updated by text, phone call, and with photos. We picked up Mavis from DOGument the next day, and it was obvious that she had been well treated and loved Tracie and her staff.
Tracie and the staff at DOGument are highly professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly love dogs. I highly recommend DOGument!
